Golden Lion Shakes Its Mane

1. Inhale Deeply
Lion 2
2. Exhale as you Bend Forward...
Lion 3
3. ...and Twist
Lion 3
4. Inhale as you Twist...
Lion 4
5. Back to Sit Up
Lion 5
6. Exhale
Lion 6
7.
(Repeat)

Inhale

Begin. Rest both hands on your knees.
(see Image 1)

Exhale

Bend forward at your waist while keeping your back straight. Twist your shoulders to your right, then turn your head slightly to your right.
(see Images 2 - 3)

Inhale

As you return to the central position, while still leaning forward, then sit up.(see Images 4 - 5)

Repeat this cycle to the opposite side. (see Images 6 - 7)
