2. Exhale as you Bend Forward... |

3. ...and Twist |

4. Inhale as you Twist... |

5. Back to Sit Up |

Begin. Rest both hands on your knees.

Exhale |
Bend forward at your waist while keeping your back straight. Twist your shoulders to your right, then turn your head slightly to your right.

Inhale |
As you return to the central position, while still leaning forward, then sit up.(see Images 4 - 5)

Repeat this cycle to the opposite side. (see Images 6 - 7)
