Relax and refresh! Join Wendy for gentle yoga in the classical Hatha style. Increase flexibility and release tension while moving and breathing through gentle standing and seated poses.

Postures combined with breathing techniques increase strength, range of motion, concentration and stamina while uniting mind, body and spirit. Treat yourself to a joyful and centering exercise journey.

Great for beginners and experienced yogis. Can be used as a warm-up or cool-down for more vigorous forms of exercise.

Wendy Boller is a certified Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center instructor. She has been practicing and studying a variety of yoga styles for the past ten years, including Sivananda, Iyengar, Astanga and Anusara.

Wendy first found yoga as a supplement for bicycle touring and to bring balance to a hectic NYC lifestyle. It was after a 48 day bicycle ride across the U.S. in 1998 that Wendy sought to deepen her own practice and to share the teachings of yoga with others.
